Outstanding pension, lots of opportunity for growth and progression. Not challenging once core understanding is gained. Flexible shifts. TOIL, excess hours worked returned as additional holiday.

Cons

Poor work-life balance due to AHW agreement. Regularly will stay beyond your hours. Can be repetitive. Work is quantity based not quality based therefore can be very repetitive
