Pros

great place to learn and under how startups are structured and function. (Aka a good learning experience)

Cons

Just a very high school type of environment. Also, mental health days and situations will really impact the impression others have of you. This is a big con considering the pressure User Success agents are under

Not worth it

Pros

Good benefits and time off

Cons

Hard to get the time off when requested. Constantly had to fix other employees errors. They were hiring agents from a third party from different countries, so there was no consistency in the work.

Pros

Hopper is a pioneer of work from home even prior to the pandemic. I learned a lot of valuable customer service skills in a short period of time. They helped me to secure other wfh positions with other companies. A lot of work flexibility and different shifts provided by the company. As a Canadian based employer, health insurance was fully paid and covered!

Cons

I wish the pandemic had not happened. I would have stayed but the travel industry took a big hit which caused Hopper to layoff many of its employees.
