      Not bad choice for entry-level student and some really strong guys.

      Pros

      For entry-level student, it is not a bad choice. For really strong guys, you may also get a lot of opportunities, but for others, if not enjoy life, just enter it, otherwise, considering your future work. If you have entered, just try to adapt yourself to the culture at the beginning, and if finally find it does not match with you, then, go out and get a new job. At least, you should be able to learn something at the beginning for most guys.

      Cons

      Not open, too many regulations and maybe too-much over-time work in some departments.

      A high tech company with promising future. Huawei is a world-leading telecom solutions provider focused on building long-term partnerships with telecom operators. It now serves 35 of the world's top 50 operators, along with over one billion users worldwide. The company is committed to providing innovative and customized products, services and solutions to create long-term value and growth potential for its customers.

      Cons

      The workload sometimes is a little heavy. Give the employees more spare time to enjoy their life.

      Huawei, the Chinese working culture

      Pros

      It's a relatively still new player in Telco (vendor) as a MNC when I joined. So there's lots of opportunity to learn and enrich ones knowledge and grow with the company.

      Cons

      Workload is enormous and not fairly compensated for the effort put in. It will come to the point, where you rather cross sword with management or just say good bye. The company always try to impose Chinese working ethics to all their oversees branches although their will claim the other way round. If you do not know what's the Chinese working ethics like, here it is .....work hard (yes, the longer your working hours, the more you will impress your superior), just accept management decisions even when you know it's not the best practice ....
