Salary will be given during joining post that not much hikes.

Pros

Lot of resources available for learning. Many senior and experienced people to learn from. Work life balance. You can work form home as necessary, if approved.

Cons

Worst health insurance policy. Old employees does not get hikes, so people try to maximize the joining package which is not healthy and they lose motivation to work after 2 years.
