It offers flexible and friendly work environment.

Cons

If you get promoted, your band elevation and the salary hike would be applicable only at the beginning of new quarter. e.g . If you are promoted on July 1St then you would get the benefit starting October 1st onwards. Also if you are eligible for a performance based salary hike and just at that time you get promoted, You would get only 1 salary hike I.e. on your promotion. You would not get performance based hike. I am working here since past 6 years. Planning for a change for good in near future.

Pros

- Water and electricity is free! - Cubicle rent is paid by the company - The toilets are not paid. So no issues when you're in a hurry!

Cons

- Nothing else is free. Not even cab for females. - Politics. Undeserving people at the top. Favoritism. Almost everything that can go wrong has gone wrong. - Horrible work pressure. Almost a 24/7 job. - Hikes? What's that? - Higher management drools over young female hires. Possibly the reason they conduct diversity drives for women. - No processes are followed. - The tea seller inside the campus makes more money than the employees. I have absolutely no idea how this company completed 100 years!
