There are policies and well defined processes to ensure quality service for customers and a good work environment for employees. Because of this, there is strong company loyalty and the average tenure of employees is longer than most companies. Many of the longer term employees started in junior positions and grew their responsibilities and scope over time, with the company recognizing their hard work, dedication and achievements.
