      Gain broad experience quickly Challenging projects Interesting businesses and products Good people, not much politics at all A lot of respect for the importance of family

      Cons

      Some times too many projects on the go, it is difficult to understand priorities. The company compensates well but does not go overboard on fringe benefits.
