      Pros

      Great place to work. Always something new and exciting cooking. Bosses encourage creativity and help foster an environment to make the "work place" a fun place to work. They provide healthy snacks/fruit to employees and have nice gym.

      Wish we had more vending machines.

      Pros

      I have been in IDT for over 10 years and I can say that I have worked with the most professional people ever. There will always be tense situations and stressful occasions but I could always rely on the professionalism of the people in this company. I also love the fact that the concept of team is taken to a totally different level. Standing up for each one in the team is a concept that is definitely not taken lightly.

      Cons

      IDT needs to diversify more if only to create more opportunities not just for people looking to start working for the company but also for the people already part of it.
