      Pros

      I have been working at IDT for 10+ years, they are flexible, provide good compensation/benefits and growth opportunities. The renovated office at 520 broad is really nice and provides a comfortable work environment.

      Cons

      The telecom minute business is on the decline, IDT needs new ways to re invent itself in the next 10 years. They are on the right track to diversify but will need to continue innovating to stay on top.
