      Flexible schedule, able to work from home

      Cons

      Very political, it's all about who you know or are related to. Compensation not reflective of position or responsibilities performed but based on who you 'schmooze' with. No transparency. No rewards or recognition for hard work or for going the extra mile. Lack of communication from upper management or between departments. Frequent 'restructuring' makes work challenging. Not much accountability.
