      Pros

      Lots of great people, young, dynamic environment. Good Health insurance, pension and other benefits. Central London location, good networking opportunities, valuable name on your CV.

      Cons

      Management are lacking in basic communication and motivation skills. Very micro-managed top-down with unrealistic targets and little room for negotiating them.

      flexible hours. i can work from home when things pop up and the work load is reasonable. it is relatively stable company

      no growth in terms of personal development. management is not doing a good job in communication and lack of version for the future product development
