      Worked with some great people until they were let go.

      Cons

      If you are not part of the family you are not noticed. That is regardless if your a good worker. If your not of the Jewish religion you will be treated meaningless and stuck.

      No pros. If you are not part of the family that runs the company, your changes of growing are zero.

      Cons

      They haven't cleaned the office in a decade. This is the most disgusting place to work. Inside looks like a sweatshop. If you are hired by this company bring your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. Sales are going down; their products are just lousy calling cards that you can get much cheaper elsewhere or free on the web.
