IDT is a publicly held company that operates with an entrepreneurial spirit. There are policies and well defined processes to ensure quality service for customers and a good work environment for employees. In addition, new ideas for growth are welcomed and there are always new ventures in development. It is a growth oriented company and is not satisfied just doing the same things day after day. While there is management structure in place, it is a very warm environment and employees at all levels, in all functional areas, are encouraged to actively contribute new ideas and have the opportunity to interface with senior management to share these ideas. Because of this, there is strong company loyalty and the average tenure of employees is longer than most companies. Many of the longer term employees started in junior positions and grew their responsibilities and scope over time, with the company recognizing their hard work, dedication and achievements. It's a great place to work.
