      - IDT's like a family .... and that's good! - IDT is dynamic and entrepreneurial, never dull. - We try really hard to get it right and deliver great services to our various customer bases.

      Cons

      Difficult to really complain, personally, I have a blast here, working with great people who generally share similar business and family values to mine. Come join us.

      Gain broad experience quickly Challenging projects Interesting businesses and products Good people, not much politics at all A lot of respect for the importance of family

      Cons

      Some times too many projects on the go, it is difficult to understand priorities. The company compensates well but does not go overboard on fringe benefits.
