      If you want to be involved, learn more and get stuck into the detail... then your at the right place. This is a great place to work if you like a fast paced quickly evolving environment with lots of energy at the front of technology and telecoms.

      Lack of formal structure and controls can be a difficult when working in a regulated industry.

      Great place to work. Always something new and exciting cooking. Bosses encourage creativity and help foster an environment to make the "work place" a fun place to work. They provide healthy snacks/fruit to employees and have nice gym.

      Wish we had more vending machines.

      An excellent group of people to work with. Team effort is an important facet of the job. management at same time is concerned with each individual's performance, and that individual will be compensated based on achievement.

      Cons

      management will hold you responsible for your sales performance. This is not a "Free Ride". On the other hand If you meet and exceed the required goals, you will have the ability to build a career.
