      Pros

      aggressive compensation plan that pays for results. Producers will earn much better than industry average. Sales management has been fair in setting expectations and is willing to assist in closing accounts, when necessary.

      Cons

      not much negative to mention for producers. Non performance will be addressed (as expected), but my observation is that every employee is given ample opportunity for success

      Pros

      I have been in IDT for over 10 years and I can say that I have worked with the most professional people ever. There will always be tense situations and stressful occasions but I could always rely on the professionalism of the people in this company. I also love the fact that the concept of team is taken to a totally different level. Standing up for each one in the team is a concept that is definitely not taken lightly.

      Cons

      IDT needs to diversify more if only to create more opportunities not just for people looking to start working for the company but also for the people already part of it.
