Pros

Company invests in your professional development Supportive teammates and manager Positive work culture Good perks (wellness spending accounts, certain retailer discounts, employee recognition rewards that you could cumulate and redeem for actual material rewards, etc)

Cons

Working in insurance is just stressful... other than that it was a great place to work at

They accept people with no industry experience and the training really teaches people the basics of insurance and how it works
