Pros

Benefits are great. Coworkers are top-tier. Great location in downtown Calgary.

Cons

Not enough desks for everyone to work same days. Lack of connection with upper management. Managers aren’t able to incentivize hard workers. No raises or bonuses that are worth extra effort.
