Great work/social culture. Great Benefits. Special occasion catered lunch. Community volunteer program. Closer connection with customers, visiting them is important no matter what your title. Career progression is important. Beautiful Office looking over Sydney Harbour. Most of all, great People.

Cons

Working hours are not flexible for customer service role.
