Pros

Everyone you work with is like family. The company makes it very fun and rewarding for the employees. Great benefits and opportunities for lateral moves within the company.

Cons

A lot of company restructuring, along with company layoffs for outsourced jobs. Communication between management and the lower level agent isn't as transparent as it should be.

the best benefits, they take care of the employees, and they have a bonus structure as well.

Cons

really do not have any cons on the company- would still be with them if I had not changed location
