Pros

Great benefits, the people who work there are amazing, time to give back to the community via We Care Give Back

Cons

No one from management knows whats going on when things get rough. Things are poorly managed, no information given to employees with regards to outages or updates. Too many re-orgs, trying to act like a small business but in all of the bad practices. Managers usually have no idea whats going on, are in constant meetings and don't actually "manage"

Cons

The managers are quite unrealistic of there expectations. They push sales like no other and expect way too much for what the position entails.
