Pros

Decent benefits, salary and the ability to work remote. Investment into tech stack.

Cons

Little respect for work-life balance. I often found that I was constantly working long into the nights just to keep my head above water all while I was getting more and more dumped on my plate. Horrible internal communications. You will never be given direction let alone clear direction and you'll often have to jump through hoops and decode cryptic instructions from management only to be redirected mid project and sent down another rabbit hole. You will not be given enough run way to actually correct the blatant issues you were hired to address. Offshoring & contracting key roles through the guise of saving money. While on the surface there is an initial cost savings the downtime, quality and processes that suffer by doing this far outweigh any short term fiscal savings. All this does is further silo entire departments perpetuating the problems. I agree with one review that says, "Ultimately - the company feels like it’s in an internal tailspin, with an endless stream of conflict, firings and underperformance."

Pros

Things may have changed since I was at the Jaggaer. The company I was formerly with (BravoSolution) was a great place, with good energy and people that I loved working with. Jaggaer bought out Bravo and laid off a significant number of people. The remaining good talent all left.

Cons

It was obvious that Jaggaer's strategy was only to buy out smaller companies to inflate its financials. It all just seemed like smoke and mirrors with the products and there was no true integration between any of them. Rob Bonavito the former CEO was a bumbling idiot who never interacted with anybody and couldn't even send emails to the company as they were always sent on behalf of HR. It was a very bad and toxic culture and wouldn't recommend working there.

Pros

They have competitive pay and always given yearly bonuses.

Cons

The environment is toxic and no one takes accountability for their actions. There is no longer a desire to do what's best for our customers. Another private equity firm has thrown their hat into the ring; based on how the first acquisition has gone, my outlook is bleak.
