      Amazing people and culture, hottest company in Montreal, huge growth potential, on the way to IPO, will have a global impact. If you are young and ready to work hard there is no better place.

      Amazing company, amazing employees and amazing things to come!

      Pros

      You will come to work and be surrounded by people you love, who are super smart, talented and encouraging. I have worked here for over three years and there hasn't been a day where I was not happy to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      Lightspeed isn't your typical 9-5 job, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easy, so be ready to work hard, but reap amazing rewards!

      Pros

      - Fantastic Benefits (Bixi, amazing health options, stock options, and more): it is very apparent that Lightspeed cares about the employees from the very first day you start - Colleagues are amazing: I've worked at some amazing places, but the level of employee talent here is off the charts. Everyone from my immediate team to other departments is really focused on the same goals. - Rewarding: in sales we have the opportunity to make our own way and it can be super rewarding (both financially and personally).

      Cons

      - Work/life balance can be difficult: one of the most common complaints is about work/life balance. This can be true, but honestly, it's the same with almost any company out there. I don't think Lightspeed is too demanding in comparison to other jobs out there.

We certainly see ourselves as a more modern company with a culture of high energy, creativity and passion.
