Thanks for your honest review. We appreciate all the positive things you have to say about working at Lightspeed, but let’s address the more crucial points you’ve made. Our Sales team is very driven, and our environment isn’t for everyone. We do have amazing talent with incredible work ethic, and we can’t be grateful enough. This is why we don’t box people in a traditional punch-clock schedule. We aim to enable ownership and accountability on how you can attain or surpass your targets. We try to offer our best support and resources to anyone that has a tough time managing their workload. Happy employees contribute to a happy environment, and the last thing we want is burnout. We do want all employees to take advantage of their vacation time – we believe rest and disconnection is a key component to long-term success.
