      Lightspeed or Root Canal. Which is a more painful experience?

      Pros

      -Remote Work -Monthly Stipend (sometimes you don’t receive it though) -Nothing else

      Cons

      -No training -Never received health or dental cards or information -Management is clueless about position and pay cycle -Don’t start in the middle of the month, if you do you don’t get paid for that month -Qouta changed numerous times in a very short period -Mass layoff in my 2nd month -No transparency -U.S. Market isn’t very profitable

      This company continues to struggle and laying off people. Dot leave your stable job to work here!

      Failure of leadership - unclear dismissal

      Pros

      The team is filled with energetic and hard working people making work much more enjoyable than it should be. The office is the nicest place I have been.

      Cons

      Leadership fails to recognize when its managers and decision makers are sabotaging people on their own teams. They celebrate metrics inconsistently and favoritism seems to be the name of the game. The lack of performance reviews and the broken telephone when feedback is provided by frontline workers leads to harmful reputations. Layoffs are made without clear explanation as to why certain more senior employees get cut instead of more junior ones
