      Pros

      For sure benefits are nice, but this is not what makes it the best; it's really about the people you work with. I've never worked in a team that is so inclusive, intelligent, go getter, motivated and open. Regular 1:1 with your managers to be sure all is going well and give you advice on how to address difficult situations. Clear career path where what is expected from you is easy to understand. Always ready to try new tools and listen to your ideas. We want to change the game and we really feel part of something special and unique.

      Cons

      Ambitious objectives, not a bad thing, but you have to be able to handle some pressure.

      - Lightspeed has an amazing culture and puts a strong focus on their people - Speaking of people, we have incredible teams across all departments, coming to work every day is a pleasure because of the incredible people I work with - As the company rapidly grows, there is a ton of potential for career opportunity - Everyone's opinion matters, we are all about breaking down boundaries between departments

      We could do a better job at managing our growth (but I can already see improvements over the past few month)
