Pros

Salary and holiday allowance are pretty decent.

Cons

Company changes in the last year (not redundancy) have meant I've had to leave and honestly I've never been so sad to leave a job in all my life. Don't join this company and fall in love with the job like I did, because they'll do something to ruin it with no justification or evidence. They just like a power trip. If it's not written in your contract, don't expect to keep it because they'll do everything in their power to take it away from you even after promising otherwise. Don't trust them.

Pros

Base salary is fairly high,

Cons

Careless with employees motivation, Seem to be attempting to drastically reduce headcount by making conditions a lot worse than they previously were.

Pros

Good people at local level.

Cons

Charlie Nunn and his team are running the place into the ground. Morale is ridiculously low. Redundancies. Forced office working. Horrible place. Awful attitude of leadership team. Run by Poundland Tories.
