Cons

Company Management: You are expected to work like a slave, no thanks for the hard work, company ran on the whims of a few dictators at the top. They can take away everything from you at the drop of a hat like your compressed hour working arrangement. Salary: Salary is definitely not competitive with the market. Pension: Have been working for them for 15 years, paying extra for pension pot and still projection shows I will only get about £2500 per annum when I retire.

Very nice office with on site Nuffield gym and sports facilities e.g. football pitches, tennis courts. Nature trail and outside seating. Full time is 35 hour week.

Cons

Disappointed with recent anti remote working/one size fits all hybrid policy of 2 days or 40% of time in office. Also pilot of removing compressed hours underway which looks as though management pushing for standard 7 hour days, 5 days a week.
