Nice customers Diverse work Good salary for retail

Cons

Managers think too highly of themselves, expecting you to get 10 things done at once all whilst having a constant smile on your face, while they don’t do much besides standing around and giving orders Not much room for mistakes Everything has to be perfect all the time no matter how busy it gets Colleagues are not allowed to chat whilst on the shop floor. Because it’s the flagship store (pantheon), managers have some god complex and treat the customer assistants like robots
