Pros

The best thing about working for this company is the 20% staff discount which is given after a 3 month probation period, This has been newly introduced in August 2024 previously it was given from commencement of employment.

Cons

If you choose to work as a nightshift team member you need to be prepared to be overworked, underappreciated and invisible to all management. They do not want to invest money to bring more staff into the team so staff are doing the job of three people, leading to extreme exhaustion within the current team. There is no scope for progression and any issues you may have be it with how the shift is ran or issues you may have with other team members will be ignored. Shift patterns mean there is no work life balance as days off not a run of days but spaced within the week.

Pros

Direct team members were great. You get a discount. Offices are nice

Cons

Toxic culture, claim to be supportive and inclusive but it’s a lie. Lots of underhand tactics and stabbing in the back. You don’t see it coming until it’s done. I’ve never been treated so badly in my entire career
