Pros

Lovely brand and the food products are amazing. Offices in Paddington are lovely.

Cons

Very top down decision making and culture. Such a passive aggressive environment and underlying bullying and harassment issues within the senior leadership team. Tried to report it at the highest level and it was brushed under the carpet. Would not recommend if you haven't got buckets of resilience and stamina.

Pros

Discount Close to home Great food Good sales

Cons

Half hour unpaid break, takes most of that getting to canteen and back. That is in an 8 hour shift. Poor manners, treated like children. Horrendous absence policies Work boxing day, if your day off falls xmas day, that's all you get. Stressed management, that take it out on staff. You are just a number. Customers still believe still believe it's a great place to work so treat you badly ( although most lovely) Very clicky, if your face doesn't fit you stand no chance. If it does, you can do anything you want.
