Manager attitude is not less than compared to a dictator ,only a manager voice is heard and made effective in every decision making points. It is because of these reasons there are many absconding cases , early exit cases within 2-3 months of joining the company. So any new job seekers please be aware here don't get attracted by just looking into the product based profile, inside this is just another service based company trying to run its operations below its billing concers , at some situation even worser compared to a service company.
