Meltwater truly invests in their employees regardless of age/experience. I learned more about business in my first 6 months at Meltwater than I ever learned in 4 years of university. The culture is AWESOME. Higher ups understand the importance of work/life balance and know how to provide an environment that makes it easy to 'learn by doing' on a daily basis. I couldn't think of a better place to start my career and more importantly i am excited about my future growth with this company as the long term career opportunities are exciting, financially rewarding and already within sight despite the fact I have only been here a few years.

Cons

Steep learning curve in the first few months - but I imagine that is the case in any real career opportunity when you first begin.

I've been working at Meltwater for the past 3 years since I graduated college and can honestly say I continue to learn and grow everyday. I like that I can work hard and see rewards right away whether that be in the sense of personal recognition, money, or just going out with co-workers to celebrate small victories. Growing up my parents were very blue-collar and instilled hard work ethic in me at a young age. They are very proud to see me now as the strong, independent woman I've grown to be at 24 years old and running circles around my friends. I would highly suggest a job at Meltwater if you're interested in working for a fun company with a lot of opportunity to grow.
