Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to move around, gain new skill sets, certifications. Management is very supportive for your growth and does their part to ensure you have the correct mentors. Great opportunities for networking.

Cons

Incentive structure. Not currently built to attract or retain young talent. Very standard approach. Management shows appreciation for your dedication and work but that can only go so far. There are small businesses that have very appealing benefits packages ranging from healthcare to performance/financial rewards. Another area of improvement would be the recruiting process. I believe it suffers form the same burdens of other large companies - too many openings, not enough recruiters and/or tools to speed up hiring process.
