      Pros

      Employees are positive toward innovation and change. Diversity is promoted and practices. If you work hard here, you will be rewarded. There is no sense of anyone trying to stab you in the back. Your Manager will take care of you and there are many resources to sound your concerns. Everyone is very cordial and professional to one another. A business casual environment that is challenging and will allow you to maintain your own work-life balance as long as you are meeting the goals of you set up that is in line with your manager and the company.

      High rotations of people moving around from one job/company to the next. It's an 8-5 schedule M-F.
