Pros

Job security and good benefits. Allow for 9/80 work weeks, so you can take every other Friday off as long as you get in your 80 hours.

Cons

The training is very minimal and they you are left on your own. There is a huge gap between senior management and younger employees, and younger employees tend to leave after a little while. They do not have standard practices and procedures because they re-org every couple of years. It seems like there is always something going wrong on a program. Far too often, something was not explained until there is a problem that brings it up.
