Flexible hours and only working 40 hours a week 9/80 schedule is nice and a lot of people do it

Cons

Really depends on the people you work with. Lots of great people and lots of not very great people. Nepotism like I have never seen. Everyone is related. PTO is bad, just hope you never get sick
