Pros

Great teamwork environment and love what I do.

Cons

The review process is horrible. Leaving management to pick and choose which employees are 5s 4s and 3s only allowing a certain percentage to receive a 5 or 4. It's wrong and allows management to play favortism. So if a manager has 5 people in the group only 1 or 2 can get 5's and manager must choose to down grade the others because they have met their limit. People should be given what they earn and not be down graded because a manager can only give 1 or 2 people 5s. It's a poor review process and in my opinion very unethical. If 5 people are in the group and they all deserve 5s then they should get it.

Pros

9/80 schedule is great People are friendly and ready to help PDP program is great for people fresh out of college

Cons

benefits are some of the worst I've heard of. No profit sharing, bonuses are scarce unless you are the best of the best, and even then they are tiny. Annual salary increases are minuscule. Barely larger than inflation rates.

Pros

People are nice, I guess... If you want a really really easy job and have no ambition then this is great...

Cons

Innovation seems to be unwanted. Much of the time, one is handed 'legacy' code and expected to 'make it work'. No QA whatsoever, almost no standards, very much so an ad hoc culture. It seems as though they have taken processes that may work for other industries and just applied it as a 'blanket' to everything. Benefits and pay are subpar for national average. 5/7 to be exact... Would not recommend. If you are a Software Engineer this is not for you, they will not let 'engineer' solutions, instead you will be asked to fix the borders on a table and be given code that does not compile. If you are a programmer and just want to program then maybe, but beware.
