They could careless if you stay in the same position 2 years or 20 years. There are many employees that work 12+ hour days then turn around and are forced to seek higher certifications or training on their own limited free time. - Communication flow only exists between corporate and middle management. "The less the worker bees know the easier they are to control" methodology. Management won't teach you a thing about the company or their processes. If you want to understand what goes on within the company you'll spend countless hours surfing the internal websites trying to figure things out on your own.
