Pros

A ton of opportunities and upward mobility. You can have an entire career here and have so many different roles and experiences. The company also works very hard to not lay anyone off, even if you lose a government contract.

Cons

There really isn't a Northrop Grumman culture, it varies a lot depending on what team you're on and what location. This is a byproduct of it being a company of companies. There benefits are also subpar, with only 2 actual weeks of maternity leave (you can take short-term disability for an additional 6 weeks at full pay).
