CEO is very accessible and honest with the team. SVP of Finance/Controller is also very friendly and accessible to the team. Diverse team and 60% women 9 paid days off for service projects. Profit sharing. Catered lunch daily and great variety of healthy snacks and drinks. Promotes internally often. Mission to give back - January was dedicated to 3 projects to address homelessness. One Planet works with several established charities. Annual Award Ceremony honoring team members who help others, help build a positive company culture. Zero tolerance policy for gossip.

Cons

None that I can think of ... we are constantly updating and improving thanks to our Culture Committee.

Mostly nice people with good attitude to others.

Cons

You can find people working as hard as there is no tomorrow with overtime as they are afraid of losing job. On the other hand there are many workers that have no basic skills of their profession and don't do even their basic duties. Company is wasting tons of money raising charities but won't provide rise to workers with 2+ years of duty.
