The culture at this company is different. Never in my life have I worked with so many people who honestly seem to be happy. Happy in their lives, happy in their work, happy with the balance between the two. The CEO values culture and transparency and it shows.

Cons

You need to be a self-starter. If you prefer to hang back and wait to be told what to do, this company isn't for you.

Pros

The company gives you everything you need to get the job done and a little more. The office is generally quite quiet and peaceful to work in. There are a lot of small pluses that make it pleasant to stay even after work hours. The hours are flexible to accommodate those who have trouble commuting. And the workload is just right.

Cons

I don't think there is enough intercommunication between the departments. This is mostly because each department has its own project they work on and they rarely need to cooperate on anything. This leads to the office being somewhat divided and segmented, making it hard to understand what each person in the workforce is responsible for.
