      Pros

      The work environment is very congenial for newcomers to get onboard. The company offers a competitive salary given the work location. The projects are exciting as well as challenging. The management is very supportive when it comes to meeting personal and professional goals.

      Cons

      The work location is in Gainesville which sometimes makes one feel little laid-back. On occasions, the management seems to be not prepared when someone leaves the company and they struggle to fill the positions quickly.

      1. The CEO does not have a clue how to run the company. For almost 20 years the company did not grow. Hes talks a big game, but fails every time. 2. The top leadership does not take any responsibility for their failure. They generally fire the junior developers. 3. There are serious nepotism in this company. There are few people who gets promotion every year and rest does not get raise at all.

      Cons

      This is the honest feedback, no Exaturation. Your work is not valued, worst HR team, changing MD was the worst decision ever. Do not join this company if u are career oriented. New MD is old school and has no knowledge about how corporate works. Very helpless feeling. Stagnant position, don't expect growth. Few managers are unfit. MD imposes his thoughts and has no patience to listen or understand the employees.
