Hours are good. Cannot complain about that .

No equal pay. Training in new employees who are getting higher pay .

Pros

I have worked in Oracle for three years in a Sales role. The work culture meets average expectations from a blue chip company. Had great team to work with, the work atmosphere is quite decent.

Cons

Some cross LOB competition being a bit detrimental to business trading. Company doesn't put much effort in employee development.
