      Pros

      Work from home. Decent pay. Nice benefits. Nice PTO policies. Ok people to work with they become like family some of them.

      Cons

      Bed metric oriented. Don’t care about the clients. Constantly system issues. No work life balance. Hit you numbers. No 491k match anymore. Management doesn’t care.
