Pros

Compensation. The benefits are also pretty nice. The cusomters that I service are also excellent. I love working on electronics and fixing them.

Cons

Middle Management. I know who my boss's boss is but after that there is a void. After hours support is also lacking.

Its a job! The hours are decent and good amount of vacation time.

Cons

Too focused on bottom line and not about customers, no room for advancement, management gives plenty of lip service, you will give 110% with no compensation for your efforts
