Pros

Compensation was good. They gave a company car and gas. You dont have someone breathing down your neck.

Cons

Work life balance was very difficult to achieve.

Pros

Fantastic machinery to work with in general, depending the modality.

Cons

decisions are made without regard. The workload is unbearable forcing us to do managerial tasks after hours without being paid for it. The managers are disconnected from the reality out in the field. We have a new cellphone to close our service calls that does not work, not to mention it is the size of a brick and it weighs like one too. The managers threaten us with our jobs if we complain about the brick 4 FSE have taken their lives in the last year and it' s all normal.
