Cons

Short term bottom line thinking trumps common sense. Every discovered problem results in a new process. We never solve the problem, we just change our way of measuring it.

Innovative Technlogy strong Engineers lots of talented people

Cons

Way too many managers that are covering their own behind. Sense and Simplicity in this Company is a joke. Most processes are way to complicated too follow. The work life balance is out the window. Most of the middle managers are "yes" men in fear of losing their jobs. With recent layoffs managers just keep adding impossible workloads on individuals. When the impossible cannot be done they threaten your job to motivate you.
