Pros

great benefits best medical and best 401 matching ever

Cons

training and onboarding are ineffective at best, I didn't get the tools I needed to simply do my job until 2 weeks before I was fired. I had to constantly BS clients that I knew what I was doing. when I didn't have the ability to look at the diagnostics on the very machines I was asked to repair

It once was a great company but time has changed it...

Pros

A big company that offers many experiences, job movement, training, good people and advancement

Cons

Big company, narrow in focus, not as employee-friendly as it once was. Overbearing and over demanding when it comes to making unrealistic sales goals. They are out for themselves to make money while holding you accountable for their failure to read the market. They are now pushing to get younger hoping to lower their employee costs. Use them as they'd use you and it can be a win-win, just don't get burned in doing so...

We appreciate that you've taken the time to reflect a bit on your experience working with us for over the past 10+ years. It's great to read there have been quite a lot of opportunities, and there is a lot of focus on training, for the sake of innovation. The way you describe it, it does sound like sometimes task could be delegated better. I hope you've talked about this with the managing team when you were leaving. You can also be sure that managers read these pages as well, so they'll be able to take note of it. As a final note: thank you for your work over the past 10 years with us, it was great having you on board.
