Pros

THE PEOPLE. Genuinely enjoyed my coworkers, managers and leadership actually care about individuals. Great work life balance, people understand that we all have lives outside of work Leadership from day one, employees are given meaningful projects and leadership positions from the start The “extracurriculars”… there are tons of training events, clubs and social opportunities to get involved in Competitive salary without an outrageous level of stress or unreasonable workloads Flexible WFH policy

Cons

It is a giant company. Decisions can be slow and the work may not be as thrilling or risky as a startup or tech company
